Retrieve by email

If you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter the email address you used to register and click "Send Verification Code". The system will send an email containing a verification code to your mailbox. Follow the instructions in the email to enter the verification code and set a new password to complete the password reset.

Retrieve by phone number

If you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter the mobile phone number you used for registration and click "Send Verification Code". The system will send a text message containing a verification code to your mobile phone. Enter the verification code and set a new password to complete the password reset.

Retrieve by phone number

Since the Chinese version uses a SMS verification code to log in, if you forget your password, please get a new SMS verification code on the login page to log in. If you need to change the password, please enter the personal settings page after login to operate.
